Inspired by an “arch bridge,” this chocolate packaging box features an innovative arched pull-out structure. The outer shell is crafted from 350g food-grade white kraft paper, finished with a matte varnish and screen-printed gold accents to create a subtle metallic sheen—like the soft glow of sunset across a bridge. The double-layered pull-out inner box features delicate snowflake embossing on its inner walls. When closed, only the gold trim is visible, evoking the lantern light crossing a snowy bridge at night. Two micro-perforated ventilation slits are die-cut into the inner box base, allowing chocolates to “breathe” and preventing condensation. Each arch end incorporates a 2mm antique bronze magnetic point that clicks audibly when fully engaged, signaling proper closure and preventing accidental slippage during transport. The design eliminates plastic windows entirely, relying solely on paper's natural flexibility to form its curves—eco-friendly and easily recyclable.
