On 23 December 2025, Mr. Reza Ghasemi, purchasing manager for Tehran-based fragrance house TDIMOO, visited our 18,000 m² rigid-box factory in Guangzhou to source premium packaging for a new oud and rose extrait line scheduled to launch across the Middle East and CIS regions in spring 2026.
09:30 – Company Presentation
Our sales team opened with a 25-slide PPT covering 16 years of perfume-packaging experience, G7-calibrated Heidelberg XL-106 presses, FSC-certified 70 % recycled board, alcohol-free soy inks, and a 15-day lead time from artwork to FOB shanghai.
10:15 – Showroom Tour
Inside the 1,000 m² sample hall we displayed 600+ perfume packages. The client shortlisted three structures: a drawer-style box with copper-foil logo, a magnetic hinged box with flocked interior, and a triangular prism box with cold-foil stamping and hidden magnets.
11:00 – Production Walk-Through
Cameras were allowed after an NDA was signed. Highlights included dust-free die-cutting (±0.05 mm), automatic foil-stamping with Braille embossing capability, glove-only hand assembly, and inline camera inspection every 30 seconds for glue lines and color drift.
14:00 – Commercial Negotiation
Over Persian tea and Chinese dates the two sides agreed on a trial order of 20,000 rigid boxes, unit prices US $1.45–1.90 FOB Shenzhen depending on size and finish, 18-day lead time, and payment terms of 30 % deposit, 70 % against BL. Air-freight door-to-door delivery in four days was also locked as an option.
16:30 – Group Photo & Cultural Exchange
Mr. Ghasemi presented a miniature Persian carpet; we reciprocated with a hand-cut paper artwork of Persepolis. Both teams called the talks “warm and productive” and scheduled a January 2026 video call to finalize Pantone 7550C and copper-foil density.
