Inspired by “Arctic Ice Veins,” this cream jar is crafted from high-transparency, low-expansion borosilicate glass through one-piece blow molding. With a 3 mm wall thickness, it achieves diamond-level clarity after cold-cut polishing. Thirty-six micro-arched ice prisms are vertically etched onto the surface, refracting cool white arcs as light glides over them—making the cream appear preserved within a glacial core. The cap features a “dual-stage spiral ice” structure: an inner food-grade PP skeleton encased in a transparent acrylic sleeve, topped with a mirror-plated silver disc. When twisted, the silver disc rotates within the transparent sleeve, replicating the flash of fracturing ice. The bottle shoulder tapers with a 15° inward curve, conforming to the finger's contour for one-finger opening and closing. Features a standardized M45 fine-threaded opening compatible with interchangeable vacuum pumps, droppers, or screw caps, suitable for multiple product categories including eye creams, face creams, and hand masks. The exterior features a German water-based UV matte black lacquer electrostatic spray finish, delivering a velvety frosted texture that resists fingerprints and oils. Minor transport marks are naturally concealed by the matte surface. The base is recessed 2 mm to create a vacuum-coated area, enabling laser engraving of batch numbers and eco-recycling symbols for brand traceability. Net weight is precisely controlled between 50–120 g, balancing premium tactile quality with e-commerce shipping weight limits.
